I want to be one of Sanfords children! You have to read that book at Clemson University if you want to be a political science major

I'm basically done with chapter 1. If I have time this weekend I'm going to read the rest of the book and I'll do a summary on each chapter and post each day next week.

It should only take about an hour to read it. It's a great way to get an idea of where Sanford comes from and why.

Bozo,

I honestly can't tell if you're being serious or not. You're aware that the book was published 6 years ago, and is a reflection of Sanford's time in Congress and beliefs about term limits, right?

I hope thats not what the WHOLE book is about. I'm on page 22 and thats allll he has talked about pretty much already: cutting taxes, wasteful govt. spending, and term limits. So thats the same ole same ole throughout the whole book?

Michael,

Yeah, pretty much. If you've got the book in your hands, you can see that it isn't very long. It's not supposed to be an auto-biography, and it was written before his foray into state politics. It's just a short work on his time in Congress, what he brought to it and what he took from it.
